DEFINE / When to use our Estimation and Order Tool?

• PARTS Online provides immediate pricing of curved framing components with the option to Save Your Cart and Order on the spot when you know material specifications and dimensions.

• No engineering is needed.

DEVELOP / What do we need from you?

• Complete the online form at PARTS Online with the following information when you need 10’ long sticks:

  • Size and gauge

  • Bend type

  • Quantity

DELIVER / What do you get?

• Consistent and accurately fabricated curved metal framing parts that are easy to install and finish.

• Shipment lead time is typically 3 - 5 days and may depend on the profile and order size.

FAST TRACK

You have detailed framing system information but need fabrication drawings to facilitate custom fabrication.

DEFINE / When do you use Fast Track?

• Fast Track is a delivery method used by teams having design approval and dimensionally accurate drawings that need custom fabricated product quickly. Our team creates the verification drawings needed for expediting fabrication, then we fabricate and ship. No engineering is required.

• Fast Track delivery includes a quote for framing system development and fabricated material. This proposal is created after you approve verification drawings. After Fast Track proposal sign-off, we order material and convert the design files to CNC fabrication data for shipment as quickly as possible.

• Our Fast Track project delivery method expedites the development and fabrication of the framing system via your “dimensionally approved” drawings/CAD files that describe the finish surface and details of the cold-formed metal framing system.

DEFINE / When do you use Design-to-Fabrication?

• Our Design-to-Fabrication proposal includes a holistic bid for the design assistance of the framing system and preparing the deferred submittal approvals for agency review plus verification drawings, custom fabrication and shipping of the product.

• Our Design-to-Fabrication approach delivers complete cold-formed metal framing systems when:

1. You have drawings describing the architectural design intent, but no information defining the framing system.

2. You have a high-level framing system defined but need detailing development prior to material quote and fabrication.

3. You have a framing system design but would like a redesigned system to be more constructable and cost-effective.

DEVELOP / What do we need from you?

• Design Construction Documents with:

  • framing system information

  • a high-level framing system without details

  • a framing system needing redesign for constructability or budget

• 3D model (preferred) or CAD files

• A CPM project schedule

DELIVER / What do you get?

• Design Assist: We develop design solution for approval of Design Intent/ constructability.

• Deferred Submittal: Signed and sealed structural engineering drawings & calcs provided by third party engineering firm

• Upon approval of Deferred Submittal we create verification drawings

• Verification drawings facilitate the fabrication process

• We ship custom fabricated framing per your CPM schedule

• We provide installation drawings and support
