At Radius Track®, it's our responsibility to understand the impact of our curved fabrication processes on the structural integrity of standard straight material. As a result, a significant amount of material tests have been performed and validated by American Engineering Testing, Inc., an independent testing agency.
The methodology involved testing various stud sizes with different web-widths and gauges. Testing was done both under point-load and distributed-load specifications.
Additional material testing may be necessary for special requirements and applications.
