To get started, just enter the information for each line item. NOTE: Enter as much information as you can; a Radius Track representative will help you determine any unknown specifications when he/she calls to confirm your request.

When you’ve specified the material needed, click on the ADD LINE ITEM button at the bottom of the page. The browser will take you to a summary page, where you can submit your line item or return to this page to specify the material for another line item.

Once you have submitted your request, a representative from Radius Track will contact you to review your request, answer questions, and provide and estimate within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

If you prefer to fill out the RFQ manually, download the :: RFQ FORM :: as a text file and fax or e-mail it to Radius Track.
