All Ready Products can be easily shaped by hand to the radius required.

Changing the radius only requires a simple and easy hand manipulation.

Ready Products come in straight lengths and retain their rigidity making them easy to handle when moving them from place to place.

Because of the Ready Product design simplicity and ease of use, they contribute to significant labor savings in framing curved surfaces.

Because Ready Products are uniquely designed without rivets, straps, or limiting expandable webs they can be used to create compound shapes and unique profiles that other hand-bendable products cannot.

Are your Ready Products ICC (ICBO) certified?

Radius Track is currently in the process of working with industry experts in the ICC Certification area, and assessing the proper next step that should be taken in this area, if any.

The Ready Products are non-structural, 20-gauge galvanized material used for interior framing application. Preliminary assessment indicates that ICC Certification may not be essential for these products. There have not been any issues with the product compliance to code anywhere in the country.

How fast can I get my Ready Products order?

We keep our Ready Products in stock and ready to ship. We will be happy to ship same day on any orders we receive before 11:00 AM CST. Any orders received later than 11:00 AM CST will ship out the following business day. Once you’ve placed your order, we will send you a confirmation with the ship date listed. Please give us a call if you’re not sure how many shipping days are required for your location or if you would like to receive a quote on expedited shipping costs.
