Perched on a wooded Minnesota hillside above a secluded wetland preserve, the 12,000 sq. ft. Jain residence organically blends into the site. The unusual shape of the building creates a dynamic harmony with the rounded oak canopies surrounding the home.

The exterior walls are designed with an appealing combination of curved and planar surfaces. All of the curved surfaces were constructed using straight studs provided by the steel-framing contractor combined with structural Curved-Right tracks supplied by Radius Track.
Because there are very few straight walls, the inside of the home presented just as many challenges. The contractor purchased a Radius Track Bender® so their carpenters could make the curved tracks right on the jobsite to form perfect soffits and walls in no time flat.
