Radius Track is a “one-stop” provider for the framing of domes, half domes, barrel vaults, groin vaults or other curved applications. And if required, we also provide certified structural engineering for any location in the U.S. Our computerized, digital integration process generates the steel framing shapes directly from our 3D computer model to produce the exact curved profile for each piece. This process assures precisely fabricated, accurate results for your project’s exterior domes. With our BIM Design & 3D Modeling Services, we will create expanded 3D models of your project to assist you in your initial design and help with further refinements to match your project’s needs.

Now exterior domes of multiple sizes can be framed quickly and economically. Radius Track makes it easy to economically frame different sized domes with our complete structural exterior dome framing solutions. You'll find our dome ribs for smaller spans include precisely curved and cut pieces that are accurate and easy to install. For larger domes we offer light gauge steel infill components still precisely curved to your requirements used in combination with structural steel (“red iron”) framing (as shown in the photo above). For these “hybrid domes” using both light gauge and red iron, we ship the ribs slightly long so they can be field cut to fit exactly to the heavy structural steel.
